It was dubious circumstances that drew me into Livejournal, and it is under dubious circumstances that I withdraw.

LiveJournal has run it's course for me. I am thankful and blessed by my experiences here and the connections I made. Time to move on.

Facebook does a much better job of fulfilling my need to maintain a tenuous social connection to my friends and family. Anyone wishing to maintain connection with me may find me on Facebook, just drop me a reminder that you know me from Livejournal unless I'm accustomed to pressing flesh with you on at least an annual basis.

And as for my occasional need to remind myself that I have more dimensions to my being than most people choose to see, and that I am otherwise in many ways smarter than your average bear, I have chosen to invest my time and resources in a new venue.

The width of my dream has expanded beyond the bandwidth I allotted to myself in this environment.
